Topic: Species Codes

FBRI invites all FPS users to join the next Brock’s User Group “BUGS” meeting, hosted by Brock Purvis (FPS Technical Support),

on June 11, 2026, from 1:00 – 2:00pm PST.

This session will focus on understanding the relationship between species codes in the PLOTS table and how they correlate to the species codes in the FPS Library. During this discussion a demonstration on how FPS utilizes these codes when compiling will be performed with examples identifying the impact these inputs have on compiled volumes.

Brock’s User Group or “BUGS” is intended to provide a platform in which the FPS community can share and obtain information regarding the implementation, limitations, successes, and questions surrounding the day-to-day use of FPS.
